🎙️ SHIFT STATE
What if the biggest thing standing between you and the life you want isn't your circumstances... but the state you're operating from?
In this episode, Tombo Baldwin explores how our mindset, emotions, words, and expectations shape the realities we experience. From lottery tickets and promotions to relationships, business, and everyday challenges, Tombo shares how shifting from fear, lack, and doubt into gratitude, abundance, and expectation can completely change the trajectory of your life.
This isn't about pretending problems don't exist.
It's about choosing a state that creates possibility instead of reinforcing limitation.
Your words matter.
Your emotions matter.
Your beliefs matter.
The question is:
What state are you operating from?
Because when you shift your state, you begin to shift your reality.

As always...
I got you.
What you agree with gains permission to operate in your life.
Broadcasting live from Tom and Adrian's master bedroom closet. You're like, wow, this podcast originates from a closet. That's right. Nothing but quality for you. I don't know why. I kind of picked up the southern accent thing.
SPEAKER_00I think that I really need to drop it. And you're like, agreed, Pablo. Agreed.
SPEAKER_01Ah, so good to be with you today. Here in Belgrade, Montana. Sunny. Gosh, we're probably 68, 72 degrees here, somewhere in that. I haven't actually looked at my phone a lot of the day, which makes a good day. Yeah, just beautiful. Was had a friend come over, help me do some work on some cars. I needed some keys programmed. Any of you that have ever had to buy new keys for a newer car, and you know they have a chip in them and they have to reprogram, then the dealer has cover charge of like $150, and I just didn't want to pay that. And so I know a guy, and that guy came over and helped me, helped me diagnose some problems on another rig that I'm gonna get on the road that I miss is the biggest rig. Well, I think biggest like passenger rig, like family style rig that's ever been made, the Ford Excurse with a six-liter diesel that I, Tombow Baldwin, the redneck wisdom impot.
SPEAKER_00Gosh, dude, what the heck? It's good to have a good sense of self-worth. I think you got enough, dude.
SPEAKER_01You know why I don't need a guest. I just entertained myself in here. Anyway, I did rebuild it with a lot of help from my friend Nathan, who was the one that came over. And we have what I discovered a front cranksaf seal leak, which it sounds like I should be able to fix pretty good. And I I like working on rigs as long as it's not too intensive. So it's it's gonna be a fun time and appreciated his help diagnosing it because I I haven't been doing as long as he has, even though I'm a lot older than him. He has a lot more experience, and I sure appreciated it from him. I'll tell you, I'm such a lucky guy to know people. I have so many great friends. I can't tell you how lucky I am. I can't tell you how many people just come into my world that I need. It's like I am a magnet for exactly what I need. It's like the things that I need just come to me. And it's even nowadays, it's like for work and for money, it just seems to show up. It's so amazing. You're like, Tama, I'm so glad to hear that. It's uh could you send me some of those seeds for your money tree and uh that that tree that attracts everything? There, there's seeds, or is there a program for that, brother? Brother, I could I get that program? I'm kind of well, I'm gonna tell you, you're the luckiest person today. Because yeah, I'm gonna tell you, and it's gonna be a lot simpler in concept and a lot more difficult in practice than you may have anticipated. Wow, why do I feel like pressing that intro music again? I'm just gonna do it. It's kind of yeah, non-traditional, but I feel like I'm introduced.
SPEAKER_00Oh boy, you are about to really get some good stuff here as we go through the second intro into what Tom's talking about today.
SPEAKER_01That was that was kind of fun, right? I I kind of like that. I was thinking maybe. Wow, I did a couple other podcasts. I think I forgot to push the exit music. I hope not. I also love the exit music. Now, today, what I want to talk about and the podcast name, unless it changes, which it can, and I do that, and I reserve the right to change it if I want to, is called shift state. Now, mind you, could have sounded like shit state, because I'm still getting used to these dentures and partial dentures I have in the front. And sometimes the S is just don't do what you want. Sometimes shift is shit, and yeah. People are like, did you mean that? No, no, I totally shift, S. H. Ah, rednecks can spell five letter words, we sure can.
SPEAKER_00F Tate, S, T, A, G, E, Shift, State.
SPEAKER_01What do you mean, Tom? Well, it was the other day I was thinking about, I was thinking about the lottery, and I've I've had a love-hate relationship with the lottery because in my core accord, I know that I'm gonna win the lotto. I just know it. And in the practical experience, I haven't. And I do this strange thing, which I I think I finally realized is a weird, bizarre coping mechanism. And you may relate or you may not. You're just like, Tom, that is the weirdest thing that I've ever heard. And I agree because when I do so, I go and buy a lot of ticket, I'm just like, oh man, this is it. It's like, and then the day comes for the drawing. Oh, I'm gonna look at that two weeks later. I still haven't looked at the number to see that I won. What happens in that two weeks? Something very fundamental that I want to talk about. I did this weird thing, and I think I may know why, but I'm more sharing it because I think you can relate, and I think I have an antidote of sorts for this. But there's tremendous confidence when I go to buy it, and I feel like, yep, whether I pick the numbers or the numbers are picked for me, and you may have a whole argument about that, and I don't think you'll change my mind, so I just I do whatever I feel like. And my wife's like, you do that anyway. It's like it doesn't matter what I do listen to input, I really do. Anyway, really confident and moving into it. I just I feel like I'm in a good mindset, and then the day comes and I'm like, oh, this is really good. And then the saying comes in, it's like fear. What if I didn't believe enough? What if I didn't collapse the rat reality? What it what if I didn't get all this and this rat? What if I didn't put enough emotion and so I don't look? But then I'm like, you see what happened? It's really a small, but I I believe it's everything. Listen up. This is important. I let doubt come in, and I have to tell you, it's evidence that I wasn't ready for that purchase of a ticket, other than it's an opportunity to grow. And I never regret, and I'm gonna show gratitude for opportunity to grow because I learned, and as I as I've done this a number of times, I I can look at it in a metacognition point of view from an outside observer and say, Oh, I think I really see what's going on. And that led me to a shift state because I was buying that ticket in a state where oh, I'd really love to have that money. I'm just gonna go ahead and purchase that because you know the amazing things that would happen, not the right state. You're like, why? What was reality? Was I clapping collapsing? A maybe, and I'd like to. What reality do I need a collapse? And this is where I really, in my own mind, grasped onto this principle that people talk about, and I I've heard it a number of times, but you you have to be in the completion of the event, and I'm still struggling to get there a little bit, but I'll tell you, and I alluded to this when I started the podcast, when I said, I'm the luckiest man alive. That's why I buy a lot of tickets, because I win. I'm the luckiest, and I buy because I win. Now the next step that I'm taking, I buy a lottery ticket because I need a ticket for the prize I've already won. And collapsing that reality and collapsing that emotion around that. So this is lottery, and that's it's a big thing to talk about because there are statistically a lot of possibilities to lose, and only one to win. The big one, right? Now, let's talk about other things like your promotion at work. Oh, I sure love that promotion. I wish I get that promotion. Instead of boy, I'm the right guy for that job. I can't wait until they ask me to fill that position. Even then, that's that's a little seed phrase, and it's good. It's getting it's getting there. This getting partway matters. Okay, moving forward matters. We make it a win-lose thing, and that helps nobody. You're like, I didn't win the lotto, I suck, this doesn't work. I want my money back if you paid for somebody, which if it's coming for me, you didn't pay for it. So nothing to worry about, but you're wasting my time, blah, blah, blah. What did you learn? You learned and you changed your belief in yourself. You started with the cease phrase that grew. It's like you may not be the luckiest person that won the lotto, but just by calling yourself lucky, I'm lucky. Good things happen to me. Fortune finds me. You're speaking a reality that's collapsing more of those positive possibilities into your realm. That's why progress matters. That's why the Seed Phrase Podcast is a great pro podcast, because rarely, and I'm not saying it's impossible, because nothing is impossible. That's in some book somewhere. You should go find it. But most of most of us go in progressive steps where we learn and where we engage belief and where we engage emotion, such as there's somebody that says, Man, good things never happen to me. That's not what I say. Amazing things are always happening to me. I can't believe the amazing things that are happening to me. What about work? Ah man, I just I can't ever seem to give the jobs that are profitable. Man, I get the best clients, and we have the best time, and I just I can't believe how much money we're making, and everybody's happy. Do you understand the shift state? It is your mindset. You're not in want, you're in abundance and gratitude, and that is everything. That is the missing piece. If you are in want and lack, in fear, and doubt, you need to start with the seed phrases and build your belief and build your experiences. Because what I tell you, and what my experience has been, as I move into this, my experiences confirm what is happening. Reality does change, reality does shift, and those things happen. Not because I'm a selfish jerk and I want it for myself. I'm out here, I love doing this podcast, imparting these things that I'm learning that the divine, the Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus is revealing his divine quantum, kingdom of heaven principles to me, and shift state. The state that we operate from matters, and we're either shifting negative, see? I something just happened, and your assessment is that's why we can't have nice nice things. The vehicle breaks down. Ah man, these things always break down. Guess what? You know when my vehicle happens to have issue? This thing is amazing how long it has gone without needing attention. I'm happy to give it attention. I can't believe how many more years of service we're gonna get from it. And if I choose to get something different, I can't believe how many years of service this is gonna give you as you purchase my vehicle. Do you understand? Do you see? Do you get the shift state? The state you're operating into, your words flow out, and your words are that which builds reality along with your emotions. And so as your head is down, ah, bad things always happen. Ah, I just can't catch a break. It's amazing how good you are at predicting the future. Or not making the future dare I say, unless you happen to have a friend that says, Ah man, that's not been my experience. I think things are gonna turn up for you. Most people's response, yeah, you're right. Yeah, I I like that thought. Some people they double down. No, I'm just doomed to bad luck. That is your time to walk away, my friend, because you want to get as far from that person as possible, because chances are they're gonna get exactly what they're wanting. I don't even think they want it, they're gonna get what they say. They want to be right, but they don't really want the bad stuff. But there's some weird, sick, perverted sense of accomplishment in predicting or bringing about a bad outcome. Have you ever noticed there are some people that always have crisis? It's no accident. Guess what? They're attracting, they're field as saying, yep, that's me. Crisis and drama, because I like to talk about all the bad things that happened to me. I love those bad stories. And then chances are they're normally because they're a narcissist, because they need you. Oh, you're so you're so unfortunate, you're so amazing, powering through that. And wow, that's awful how that person treated you when you're at the hospital, and this and this happened, and it all seems so natural, and it's just reality. It is a narcissist manifesting the dysfunctional fuel that they need to stay alive. And I want to save them all. Can we? Ah, we can save some. Ah, they they need a really strong mirror to help them see themselves. Your state matters. It matters so much because your state affects your words, your state affects your emotions, and it is so much better to change your state and be absolutely wrong. What do I mean by that? Well, you're sure all these bad things were gonna happen, but you changed your state. And when you change your state, you're just like, Well, I think things are gonna work, and they do, and you were wrong the first time. Praise the Lord. Yeshua Hamashiach, you're good and your principles are solid, and your truths are perfect. If you haven't met him, just reach out, say, hey, Yeshua Hamashiach, this dude, Tom Bobaldun said, You're amazing. Will you speak to me? He will. He will, Tom, you're like, that's woo-woo. Oh yeah. No, it's the new science. It's the quantum science. It's gonna blow your mind. And I feel like I am on a redneck mission from God to bring about the quantum redneck science. Yeah, I'm just a redneck guy, but I tune in. I have divine antennae for quantum principles and moving into it. I get revelations and downloads every day. And if you're not listening, I really encourage you to not to tune my own horn because I believe this is coming through me. I believe it's coming through others also. But if you've come across my path, I may be the vessel, the vehicle, the conduit for you to receive this. So I encourage you, because the goal is not to tell Tombo Baldwin, and it's not to tell you, it's for both of us to engage in this life of meaning and purpose. And that's why we shift our state. We shift to gratitude, we shift to Thanksgiving, we shift to encouragement, we shift to attraction, we attract good things, we project good things. People that come in contact with our field feel better because we create a state of well-being and peace and gratitude about us. Your state is like an aura, and the stronger you build it and the better you build it, the wider the influence that when you walk through a store and people look at you and smile or open up to you, you're doing something right. You shifted that state. You look at negativity like the plague, you look at word curses like liquid death, rancid, awful, deadly. You look at words of life as miraculous and healing. When you shift your state, and you're like, I'm the most blessed man. I love people, I have compassion, I forgive you. My friends, you can do it. Shift that state, increase your field. I so appreciate you. Hey, and I gotta tell you about something. I don't usually do this, but I just I've been on this protein kick. I've been taking protein shakes, and I've been taking the one from Costco, and I I was had a little conviction, yes, some of that dandelion moment come up, and I was like, I bet these things taste so good because they have like a lot of seed oils in them. And if you don't know about seed oils, the long and the short is those are the oils that go into your blood vessels and tear them up, cause cholesterol to come in and patch it and give you that thing, which is called a heart attack. It is the cholesterol rescuing from the damage the seed oil does. It's not the cholesterol, it's the seed oils. So I found these protein shakes on Amazon that have no seed oil called Pioneer Pastures Made with A2 Milk. So I'm just I'm getting nothing from this. If you're into protein and you're trying to lose some weight and watch your blood sugar, check them out. And hey, yeah, I get nothing from that. There's nothing. So I'm only doing it because someone out there needs to hear it. And that's it. As always, I love you. I do. I'm so proud of you. I got you. Do I got you?
